Cannot activate traffic - keep being told to reset account

Has anyone seen an issue with TomTom going into a loop about activating traffic?

On my ipaq I fill in the details & get message saying your username and password for TomTom Plus are accepted. Click continue, message says TomTom Traffic is activated. Click anyhting in traffic and message says "Reset your TomTom Traffic account". Visiting tomtom and re-logging in should reset the account but doesn't. Message repeats on ipaq and so on!

ignore me, hadn't spotted the "reset account" button on the 2nd page of tomtom + services after clicking change my device!!

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
