My in car charger has for some reason, given up the ghost. Before I shell out for a new one (and there seems to be some deals on ebay) does anyone here have a spare that they'd like to sell?

Just had a look at mine 'cos I thought it had a fuse - it hasn't, however, there is a label on it and when I got out my glasses to read it, found that it says | Quote: | | Always unplug before starting vehicle |
- does onyone do that

| Maybe you just need to replace a blown fuse. Unscrew the end that goes into your car lighter socket to get to it. |

I always have it unplugged when I start the motor - I read that a surge could blow the unit.

Thanks for the tip about the fuse, robertn. It looks ok but it'll be worth a quick test with another tomorrow before I blow some cash.
Not surprised you never found it GeePee - I had no idea it was there either! Another Navman surprise. |
