Customer service is non existant.
Their phone number goes to what appears to be a disused mailbox (The mailbox is full, cant leave a message and cant speak to anyone)

I cant even get a response from emails.

When placing my order I specified a date that the unit (bluetooth gps and memory card) was required for in the "special comments" field on the order.. also asking if they would contact me if it couldnt be delivered by then. {still not received the order}

I have had no contact from them (apart from an automated acknowledgement of receipt of email)

Have passed it on to Southsea trading standards, will post updates
