Newbie - Unable to Install Medion Navigator 5.1

Hi all, i am the definitive newbie to mobile GPS systems, so can this opportunity to first say hello .

I have bought (on impulse), an MD 96800 Medion GPS from Aldi at what seemed to me as a reasonable price. I own a motorbike, and as this had the neccesary brackets etc. i thought what the hell !!! :D

Got it home, installed Activesync (no probs) ... and then came the problem, everytime i try to install the Navigator 5.1 that comes bundled with the satnav i get the following mesage .....

..."autorunce.exe is not a valid Win32 application" ...

There in lies my problem. I would be really grateful if some kind soul could assist me with this, as i am pulling my hair out after 3 days
