Unable to download OV2 updates

Just tried to pull down the ov2 updates for my Tom Tom, (and yes I'm still well in the subscription period) and for the first time ever I'm getting an error message suggesting that there's a problem at the Pocketworld end ie......website location doesn't exist etc

Does anyone else have this problem and do you know when the error might be beng sorted?
