New icn 550TM user - wants help !

Hi - this forum is excellent - and as a new 550TM user I havent really got a clue what I am doing. Any help would be greatly appreciated on best places to find POIs / downloading speed camera databases / customising the 550

For safety cameras, download the database from here and follow the instructions for SmartST V3. For Navman-ready POIs, click on the WWW button at the bottom of my posts.
