For those of you interested, I will be mailing a letter to Mr Newman tomorrow outlining all the roundabout faults as well as the apparent fact that this problem has been solved on the iCN550 (thanks Tim!). As it's going by snail-mail, it could be a while before I get an answer but I'll keep you posted when I hear back.

Well, it's been almost three weeks and I'm still yet to receive a reply. I'd like to think that Xmas/NY played a part in the delay but I'm not so sure.
