Hi, I'm doing some real voice poi warning sounds for tomtom mobile with matching voice skins. I've already done them for the Go & TTN. I have no access to TomTom Mobile and wondered if anyone is interested in testing the data.chks.
Any takers email me mail@rayflanagan.co.uk.
Once I've had them tested on a handfull of phones I'll post them on my site.
Does TomTom mobile use picture files for custom voice Skins? ,if so what size / format are they. _________________ Ray

Ray,
i thought I told you that the only difference in the voices is that the TTM versions need the second bank at 16000 Hz sampling.
As for the logo - that could well be the same size as on the Pocket PC. Send me a sample and I'll try it _________________ Lutz

Second bank?
Can you explain this for me?
I have created my own POI warning sounds for my 9500 sampled at 16kHz but I'm getting the Barry White or Chipmonk effect,

Lutz,
Thats what I've done but just like to know the files are ok (if someone has a problem getting them working and you don't know the files are ok where would you start? ).
Carl,
What method do you use to make the data.chk? If using POI Patcher I assume you've unticked "My device is a TTGO 300......." this should use the second bank or if your using excel use rows 17-31. _________________ Ray
