TT5 and Palm

I just bought the TomTom Navigator 5 from Palm and I can't seem to download the voices from TomTom. I clicked on the file and it downloaded to my computer, but when I tried to transfer it to my palm, it wouldn't work. I have seen some threads saying to look for a folder, but I am not sure how to do that. Any help would be great.

on the SD card create a 'voices' folder and copy the CHK and VIF files there manually (via a card reader)
