Medion PNA100 GPS & Map Problems

My PNA100 has been running Navigator V3.1 with no problems for the last 9 months, coupled with POI-Warner I should add.

I have not used it for about 3 weeks but came to use it today only to find that it does not seem to be able to pick up any sat's.

I have followed the help instructions and all settings are correct but it displays GPS0. When I touch this it says that an "unregognisable signal has been recieved, maybe in a garage" or something like that. My journey was almost 2 hours and it still got 0.

Any ideas??

Also, and I guess this has been asked on here loads of times - sorry! - my map does not have the M6 toll road on & neither Medion or Halfords are very helpful. Can anyone advise any upgrades or anything?
