This mount uses the original charger lead which is held in place on the Brdout cradle by a clamp so that dropping the Navman into the cradle docks it with power automatically.

Cool love the idea of not having to mess around with putting the cable in etc...
- So where exactly does it mount to and how?? is it just stuck to the dash??

In common with all Brodit cradles, it affixes to a car specific 'ProClip'. These affix to your car dash without needing screws etc. See our Brodit reviews to get the idea here.
