Garmin i3- Newbie thicko needs help please

hI,
Anybody managed to get speed camera database on to a Garmin i3 yet? I havn't got much idea technically, but I've downloaded the csv (I think that's the right one) database, but cannot get my i3 to load from the poi software provided by Garmin. When I try to download, it says that the file must have csv data, and it does!- Blinkin' i3 wont beleive me!
I hope I'm downloading the right version from the site, also I don't understand about the bmp's? thing.

All sorted thanks to one of you guy's being so helpfull. All loaded and working, now I've just got to work out how to keep it updated! I'll worry about that another time.
