Do I unistall TTN3/Delete files Before TTN5

OK I'm ready to upgrade now. I have backed up the current setup with TTN3 on an SD Card with the map data so I can revert if I have problems. Now I want to put TTN5 onto my pda.....Do I unistall(Remove) TTN3 on my pda? Either remove from pda or from PC via Active sync ?

I have read that people have had problems when Upgrading so I just want to do it the best way. Hopefully learning from your collective wisdom.

You don't have to clean install (I didn't) but it doesn't hurt. Take a look at the many threads on 7 digit postcode search not working correctly after install. It will work in the end
