Does anyone know if it is possible to change other screens - like the blue world on the Where To? main screen?

When I try to upload a new image to my i3 I get the inevitable message

"The GPS is not responding. Please ensure the following and try again:
1. The GPS is turned on.
2. The cable is connected to your computer"

but when I reboot the unit, only half of the new image is present - the top half is black. If I then upload the original image I get the error message as before, but when I reboot, the original screen is back in all its perfection. Anybody know where I'm going wrong? Crying or Very sad

Most standard graphics packages will do...I used PaintShop Pro...

Easiest way is just to grab the copy of the standard picture that has been posted in this thread, then add some text for (maybe) your name and mobile number?

Resulting picture (whatever you use) MUST be EXACTLY 220 x 176 pixels and be called EXACTLY 'Splash Screen.bmp', else the transfer app will reject it.
