Don´t buy an Navman if you really need a

I have tried Navman 3000 and Navman 3400 for a year now! First I tried 3000 for 6 months and it was useless. The map for highways were pretty good. But the program to use in city chrashed after 2 minutes in use. Therefore I uppgrade to 3400 instead. The first impression of 3400 was that it look like a gps now. But it was to many bugs and strange routes. The voicecommand and the route at the map wasn´t same. You can´t drive just with the voicecommands before you have to control the commands with the map every time you have to turn.

I got enough of the Gps in the weekend. Suddenly when I drive in Hamburg the Navman program crasched. I reset the Ipaq and tried to start up the Gps again and it´s not starting up. I have to hardreset the Ipaq to start it up again. Now I have to install all program I´ve got in my Ipaq to use it again plus Navmans hard and boring install! Therefore I have give it to my brothers child to use the toy on his cycle! I´m pretty bored to act like a testpilot anymore to Navmans alphaversions of navigate system!

Today I gonna buy a Garmin street pilot instead! I know that this Gps act like an gps. It´s even cheaper then to buy a Ipaq and Navman!
