Globabl Positioning Systems Support?? Conditional

Having a problem with my Garmin;
Rang them up to ask if it is me, software or whatever;
1. We don't do support - email us.


What if you don't have email? == no support apparently.
'Its in the terms and conditions' I'm told!
Wish I'd seen them.

Strange response.
They answer the phone,
Say they provide email support (by machine perhaps?),
yet won't talk to customers.

Many online company's do not offer support over the phone & I found Global Positioning Systems very hard to deal with via email but even worse when I phoned them after things went wrong. I guess they try to cut costs where they can but I will not deal with company's online now unless they offer support over the phone when things go wrong.

This company offers free phone support & I have used them for many years now & they are always very helpful.
