No Routes with Ferries!

I tried to plan a route from my home in Wales to Cowes IOW and TT5 eventually notified me that 'no route found' well I have news - I have have as in the past used such a route. To be serious - it will take me to Lymington by a very long route round Worcester but cannot find a 'shortest' route, and appears not to recognise a FERRY. TT3 could do this although I had many more serious problems with it.

Any ideas?

My TT5 has just sucessfully planned a shortest and fastest route from Tenby to Cowes, both via an "Unnamed ferry" from Town Quay,Southampton.

From where in Wales were you departing?

Thanks for the information. It may be due to the fact that my SD card has very little space on it. I will upgrade to a 1GB card in the near future and try again.

Even the shortest route to Shewsbury (a direct run) will not calculate so probably its the card as I have CoPilot maps on this as well (512MB)

I would say it is more likely that your home location is not located on the road net. I can't seewhy the card would make a difference as it is just used ot read data - RAM is where the processing goes on.
