Hi there,

On the Tom Tom Nav 5 site, they state that there is 36% coverage of the Czech Rep, but I can't find it on any of the maps or CDs. I think I have the latest version as I only bought it a few months ago.

Can anyone help?

it's on the DACHPLCZ map covering Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, and Czech Republic

The previous post is correct, but a word about quality; my wife is Czech and during the summer we drove from the UK to her home town. If only 36% of the Czech Republic is covered, at least you might expect that 36% to work with 99.9% accuracy but we found this to be far from the case. Mapping was much more error prone than in the other countries we drove across.

Also to note is that the 36% doesn't appear to be by area; it appears to be by detail. What I mean by this is that many areas are covered - i.e you can drive through them on a main road correctly marked on the map - but whole towns and connurbations that you drive through are simply missing from the map.

Roll on the release of a proper Czech map!
