Post and Packaging, 25 euro!!

I tried to update my TTN3 to TTN5 through the tomtom website.

The upgrade itself was 59 euro but postage and packaging to Switzerland was another 25 euro.

Anyone else had similar costs quoted or am I being had.

You're outside the EU (and should actuallya ask to be charged in Swiss Francs). Try having it sent to a friend in Germany who can hand-carry it over the border.

Make sure they don't charge you VAT as well. As we're out of the EU, it's up to the Zollamt Basel to clobber us with 7.6% on arrival, although most of the time they don't.
