Smart ST 2005 Navman pjn 570

Hi

I just bought a navman pin 570 with the above version software

There was 1 file showing when I went into pocket word, this file was on the sd card, I re-named it by accident.

Does anyone know what it was called.

I think its a data file of some sort, as its full of data that means nothing to me, by re-naming it I think I have caused problems, as the software shows no maps installed on my 570 when I try to update or install new maps.
They are there alright just does not show in the desktop software smart st
