Haicom E/MMF

Does any know the difference between the two types of Haicom 303 CF receivers?



I realise that they use different chipsets and that the E appears to be somewhat cheaper, but does this then make the "E" series pants at getting Sat fixes?

I've posted on the full differences in this thread - as you correctly say, the difference is a different chipset. I've posted some comments there on the differences as I understand them.

The HI-303MMF / HI-302LP are SiRFstar IIe/LP based receivers. The HI-303E / HI-302E are Evermore based receivers.
