Help - Lost Tomtom 5 on my E200 (and can't get it back!)

Can anyone give me a bit of advice please? I recently took the SD card out of my SPV E200 and naturally enough, next time I turned the phone on it didn't show the existence of TT Mobile (v5) in the menu options.

However, when I put the card back in, it still doesn't show TT Mobile on the menu list. I've tried deleting all the file directories, recopying them back onto the SD card but all to no avail. I've tried copying the files from the CD onto another SD card and installing that, but still no success!

The phone just doesn't seem to recognise the reinstallation of the program onto the card. Am I doing something wrong? Anyone got any ideas how I get around the problem? I'm now lost (in so many ways!).
