Globalsat SD502

i have seen on the internet that globalsat are bringing out model SD502 sd format gps reciever soon, this has onboard memory, will this work in a palm tungsten with sd card slot ???

The SD502 will be released shortly. No date is available yet.

Whether it will work with your Tungsten, however, will depend on the handheld and if it has an "SDIO Now" slot. Check the manufacturer website or your PDA's documentation to see if the slot is SDIO Now! enabled. Not all devices with an SD slot will be able to use the Globalsat SD502.

As the Globalsat SD502 has now been released I can confirm that it will not work with a PDA running Palm OS.
