navman pin error code E90001 help

when i try to run the downloads fron the navman site i end up with an error code E90001. also i unable to access the camra data dase or show the icons on my screen... i cannout find then in my active POI dropdown list. yet my POI editer shows the data to be on my PDA. and it is ticked as active. help before i get go speeding into the night.
PS have sent an email to navman.......no reply.
