Go 300 & SPVC500 Help??

Techno-illerate fairly new user of Go 300 who'd had no problems . Then Orange phone decides not to connect for Traffic Information despite working fine for a day or so. Orange won't help (apparently they don't support any sat navs) can anyone here? I've tried re-pairing it but it always stumbles at the 'can't set up wireless internet application bit' despite sat nav recognising it has the application on first pairing and being able to go online fine with the phone? 8O
