|
|
For some reason TT5 occasionally 'forgets' all it's settings, and I have to re-enter all my favorites, POI settings, and so on. I can't for the life of me find where TT5 stores these settings. If I knew where they were, I could back them up, and just copy them back when they dissapear.
Anyone know the answer> |

Found where. On storage card, in the maps directory. A file called Great_Britain-Map.cfg. |

Thanks for that, I was struggling to get TomTom to remember 'recent locations' and when I switched the unit off and on again it lost all the setting for the POI warning.
You have helped alot.

Thanks Simon. I just thought it was my XDA II that was causing this problem. I can create all my settings and back them up too now.
