RMA Replaced Navman 510 Help

I just got my Navman 510 replacement for my old one which LI-Battery died. I have 2 problems and 1 question with it.

1. The one they sent me back has smartst 2005 installed on it. The one I sent them had V3 so I only have the registered mapping software for version 3. Anyone know away around that.

2. Number 1 being the biggest problem, but when I hit Map or Goto button I get a pop up "No map data available". The old one would atleast pop up a grid and tell me how fast I was moving. Is this suppost to happen and is there a way to fix it?

3. Is there another way to get the maps on the GPS other then with the SmartST software?

Any help would be great.
