Navman Bugs

Dear All, I've noticed a couple of bugs with my navman and dont know who to report them to ? I am using the new service pack and notice that when i am driving to work (BBC shepherds bush) when i reach Barnes it says destination 2.7 miles. It ignores the fact i have to go round Hammersmith Broadway underneath Hamersmith fly over round shepherds bush green and over Hamersmith bridge. On motorways it tells me to bear right lots of times when in reality it should just say straight on for 65 miles or whatever. I live on the river mole and according to the navman maps it has dried up .



Anyway who should i report these to and is there another service pack on its way ?

I really do think that navman should take a closer look at their routing algorithm.

see the "Is there any chance ...." thread. I borrowed a TomTom setup and it didn't exhibit such erratic routing.

I still belive that navtech are the better maps though.

Report any bugs to support@navman-mobile.com and yes there is another service pack on the way. It will be released 'when it's ready', but some time in July was suggested as a possible release date.
