Leadtek 9537 GPS signal problems for Nokia 6680

Hi ,

I currently have a Nokia 6680 with Tomtom 5 and have recently purchased a leadtek Bluetooth GPS 9537.

The problem I am having is that the Nokia 6680 is picking up the Bluetooth signal but when I go into tomtom is states that “no valid GPS signal”.

On the GPS options menu (within tomtom) I have selected the other Bluetooth GPS devices but it’s unable to pick any GPS signals.

I have tried allsorts but I can’t get the thing to work.

I have the same problem

I used a 6680 + Tomtom mobile 5 and GPS leadtek 9537.

The connection is very difficult.

step by step:
1/ Start the GPS (waiting the LED green (recept of Sat))
2/ Start Tomtom mobile 5 (it asks to activate the bluetooth)
3/ go to (status of GPS) and click on configuration (2 or 3 times)
4/ the Tomtom mobile 5 is ready.

(I used also nokia 6600 with Tomtom 3 and tomtom 5 without problem)

If somebody have a solution
Is it a know problem with The bluetooth?

I search the version of the bluetooth of GPS leadtek and 6680.
It's maybe the problem?

I put the new firmware of Nokia V4.04.07.
Some bugs are corrected but not resolve the bluetooth connection
