If not Co-Pilot....what?

It seems fair enough if some users want (or are actually in a position) to hang on in the hope that a new version of Copilot lives up to what CP 5 was supposed to be. For them, and for new purchasers, one important question that springs to mind is how will we know which, if any, of CP 5’s faults have been corrected?

What seems to be needed is a review on this forum that, this time, deals in turn with each issue raised during CP 5’s lifetime. This is needed because the seriousness and multiplicity of the problems are so great (yes, much greater than with TomTom – which I now use myself). However, it is the almost complete failure of the manufacturer to acknowledge any of the problems, let alone offer any solutions, that probably makes this a new kind of exercise for a reviewer. It should be an interesting task!

I too am hanging on to Copilot in the hope that it comes good. It does have some highly desirable features. If they ever work, I’ll willingly switch back.
