Using TomTom Go in the USA

the maps themselves are not important. The combination of Product Key and Device ID is the important part. If the product key has already been used with two device IDs then it will not be possible to use the product key with a third device (your GO 300 for example) to generate a new activation code.

Just back from Texas - TomTom performed well - was very quick at rerouting after missing freeway exits.
Also, it was surreal seeing it show display a speed of 682 mph travelling over Kentucky in a Boeing 777-200 enroute to London!!
