MDPPC150 and gliding software

Hi there,

Has anyone had any success with getting a device such as the Medion MDPPC150, or something else with internal GPS to run with gliding software such as Winpilot or SeeYou mobile?

I’m having no luck with my MPPC150 to work with See You Mobile – I just keep getting ‘No GPS Data’. I’m trying to use it without a logger, as a basic moving map. Will the internal GPS provide data such as altitude for SeeYou mobile? Also, does anyone know what the port settings, baud rate etc settings are for the internal GPS?

Other NMEA, 4800 Baud, Serial connection on SP2 is what TomTom works with, so try them

If the preinstalled navigation software is installed, then it doesn't like to share the GPS port, so make a back up and delete the nav software.
