Lon/Lat Coordinates to place names

Hello All

I have a utility that records the current coordinates every 30 seconds
and stores them in a CSV file..

I would like to translate these coordinates to place names/street names etc.

I have found a website that does it but have to key in my coordinates one by one manually..

is there an alternative quicker way?

nothing legal . I'm sure that website has a disclaimer that mass queries and computerized queries are prohibited. They will have a reason for that...
