TTG and radio \ CD playing

Like most drivers, I like some music or to listen to the radio while driving. In this case wont the radio \ cd drown out the TTG instructions and warning for speed scameras?

Alternatively, is it possible to have the TTG wired into the car's audio system (2002 BMW 320d) such that it mutes the radio \ cd when giving an instruction?

(Dont really like the idea of having music especially so quiet so you could hear TTG above it.)

The docking kit will do this. Otherwise you may need to play with the pin-outs on the mount.
