As far as I know (and from reading other posts in the navman forum) you can't your stuck with the standard "bing"

However if you find out different please let me know Laughing

That's right - the voices are for other devices, not the Navman.

ON THE ICN 510 YOU CAN CHANGE THE BING SOUND USEING THE SOFTWARE THAT COMES WITH IT - USING YOUR COMPUTER TO CHANGE THE DEFUALT SOUND BUT IT IS DIFFERENT ON THE ICN 520
THIS INFORMATION IS FOUND AT
http://www.getoutguide.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/poidownloads/
CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT FILE TO CHANGE AND WHERE IT IS ON THE ICN 520

On the 510 the warning sound is default.wav. There has been some problems with changing this to a custom wav file.

The download file that you mention is for a different Navman system which uses a different name, cosmicl.wav.

Whether it will work on a 520 - perhaps you will be able to tell us.

Well so far I have been unable to find a way to change the default PIO sound on the 520. If someone can shed any light...

I did this a while ago on my 510:

Haven't a clue if it'll work on the 520 with the new software, though.
