Wrong spoken instructions at roundabouts

I've only experienced this once in using my TT500 for a few of months.

One rounadabout near where I live has 4 exits and when I should be taking the second exit the voice command is first even though the map correctly shows second. Strangely on the return journey its correct i.e. second exit on map and voice command for second exit.

Have done a journey to Cambridge and the route uses A57 and the A1. This route has many roundabouts and all are correctly called wether single or dual carriageway.
