Pocket PC + Tom Tom Go

I have a Tom Tom Go 300 and thinking of selling it and buying a PDA / Pocket PC and the necessary equipment to use Tom Tom Go Sat Nav on it.
Is is straightforward? Do I need a specific type of PDA (A particular make / Bluetooth / SD Card / Palm or Pocket PC / Memory Size /Etc) ? Can i use a satellite receiver cordless via "Bluetooth" and finally will it work as well as my Tom Tom Go 300.

It is not very straightforward, but not too complicated either. The place to ask about PDAs is TT Navigator forum. You can use a BT GPS receiver and in my opinion it would work as well as TTG.

Out of interest why are you think about moving to the ppc version?

I have just done the opposite & bought a go 500 after dropping & breaking my pda.
The go is easier to use quicker & louder than the pda
