tom to and speed camera downloads for pocket GPS

Iam looking to buy a tom tom go 300 but want to add the gps pocket software on the site GPS quote you need to download CheckPOInt v2.0.2 and v3.2 Review

which one should I download and is it automatic?

you dont need either with the go as it has a built in warning system

Thanks, only I have been told that to get get all the speed camersa and voices I have to download that from the tom tom site or from GPS pockets ...com?
