The best £1.99 I ever spent (on TomTom)

At the start of the week Tom Tom was getting slower at getting a GPS fix, and finally it simply never (3 hours) got a fix, even with resets.
The backup battery warning had come on a couple of times over the last month, so got a new one, and instantly got a GPS fix.
I don't understand why, as the PDA's mail battery was never drained, I only use it for TomTom.

The PDA is a Dell Axim X5 (don't tell me its not supported by TTN5, as TomTom didn't, even though they sold me the unit with TTN3 in the first place)
