Reinstall Navigator 5???

How do you reinstall TomTom Navigator 5. There's no instructions, no CD, just the SD Card. I can't see an installer on the card.

I want to move my installation to a bigger SD -- no room for POIs at the moment.

Can anyone help?

I didn't try it but it should work:
Copy all the folders and files from the old SD card on your hard drive. Keep this old SD card as a Backup. Remove the old card and insert the new one. Paste all the folders on the new card. You should be good now.
