Paste Postcode

As most of my contacts are not formatted "properly" it would make sense for me to be able to copy & paste the postcode from contacts into "navigate to postcode".

However its driving me mad, surely I don't have to write it down them type it in using the keypad?
Will someone let me in on the secret?
(No I cant remember it, memory like a sieve).

soory, ignore that. It doesn't allow you to use only postcode, does it?
