updating speed cameras TTG 300

Hi All :D . Am new to this forum as have just replaced my broken Navman 510 with a TomTomGo 300. On the Navman when i updated my speedcam files at the end of each month i simply deleted the previous months and uploaded the new one. Am not sure how to do this, or if it is necessary to do, on the TTG. I do not want to fill up the memory. I am not much good at these things so any help in BASIC talk pls. Just had my TTGO 500 for 10 days now so I am new to this. However, I used POI-Edit to download the speed camera details which I found was very easy to use. I did an update at the weekend which was just one click in POI-Edit.

There are other POI's available there such as Tesco Macdonalds etc
