Haicom 203e gps mouse & xda 2i help

hi ya been looking into adding gps to my xda2 but need to know is this any good as a receiver for the xda's ?

was looking at becouse it is the cheepest i've found so far

did read in the haicom forum that there is a high posibility of the casing cracking due to heat damage is that the only probelm that can happen with the 203e's ?

what you lot think worth it or is there something better out there for simaler money ?
