TomTom (the company) ROCKS!!!

I've had some bad things to say about TomTom's customer service in the past after buying TTN2 GB (not responding to problems, not informing about updates, etc.). But now I have to say - TomTom is awesome!



They had a beta test recently in the USA where they invited people to join (as advertised on this site). They handled the logistics a little clumsily (didn't keep people who were not selected informed, etc.)



So - to make up for it, they offered everyone that applied for the trial (before May 16th) a 50% discount off any of their USA bundles. That includes getting the Bluetooth bundle for $224.50 instead of $449.00.



Now - that's what I call good customer recovery! Knowing you created a bit of a PR mess, and fixing it so magnificantly!! Hats off to TomTom. (and anyone want to buy an Emtac BTGPS?)
