This is my first post, but had to take the time to say Thanks.

I would like to thank the staff of GPSforless who delt with an order, and a question, I had after purchasing a Sat nav kit containing an Ipaq 3715. The order was sent via web @ 2200hrs 11/4 and was delivered at 0900hrs 13/4.

A couple of days later I had a question re- the Ipaq which I e-mailed at 0000 hrs on the 15/4 (after searching various messages on this Forum) Could,nt believe it when the following morning at 0800 hrs went on the computer and here,s an e-mail,Timed at 0600 hrs stating that if, after consulting with their supplier, there was any problem regarding the Ipaq a full refund would be given.

A follow up e-mail arrived later that day to say everything was ok.

When I e-mailed back to thank them for their help, they even had the courtesy to e-mail me back saying it was no problem

Now thats what I call service to customers. I would Highly recommend them to anyone and will be using them again
