TT4 memory leaks on SPV c500

Howdy people,

I have a problem which is winding me right up. I have TT4 running on my SPV c500 and everytime the software is started it takes more r less all the phone memory available leaving a mere 300K spare.

Something is happening somewhere bacause if I am fortunate enough and the phone does not crash, even after having closed the app using TM-SP, TT4 still retains some memory and my phone is left with around 4000K to play with.

Anyone heard of this one before? I tried reinstalling,hardbooting the phone and also attempted to format the mini SD card with task manager SP but it says "error formatting card".

Any help more than appreciated.

PS-Running 4.1.1.4 and applied latest TT patch too Crying or Very sad

HOw much memory u got with Tom Tom Running or any other programs. On my spv it normally works out about 9mb give or take. With Tom Tom running and no other program it settles down to about 3mb and it works fine down to about 1 mb.

4mb left seems about right by my experience.
What do you need other memory for when tomtom is running?
