running tomtom 5 on the iCN520 model

Hi is it posible to run tomtom on iCN520 or install windows CE on it so it can be used as a PDA and not just a GPS.

All of the instructions needed are contained in that post. There should be no technical difficulty in installing it on the 520 as far as I know??
