Going away in August, and looking at getting the maps of western europe.
Anyone know if tomtom have released the latest ones, or are they still dragging their feet
i have seen the maps at Nav City, as they also have an additional mount kit (mine is hard wired into the car!) and a proper carry case for everything, wanted to get it all from the same place to save on delivery
Anyone bought the new maps yet? |

These are the new maps but I wouldn't bank on getting them in the 5 days as shown on the site. TomTom are dragging their feet on the realease of the new maps, several site (i.e Amazon) have been advertising them for months. The release date has been put back several times, it's now meant to be the end of July (but insert August/September/October as applicable)
I think the only way of guaranteeing maps before a holiday this year is to buy an 'old' set from somewhere like www.villagegps.com

OLD maps are better than NO maps |

And another thing, adding up the cost of the individual maps on SD cards, then taking away the MOWE CD price and dividing by the number of individual maps available gives you a price of about £85 for each SD card!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
512 SD at MyMemory is £17.99 |
