Please help a newbie

Hi as tiltle says new to the gps scene
I have just purchased a HP Ipaq Hx 2110 ,and tom tom 5 ,
I drive a lorry for a living ,but would need to be able to take the ipaq and gps unit out of the truck at weekend to use in my car
I need advice on what the best option to go for out of the following options or if another option would be better.
I have looked at the HOLUX CR100 CRADLE WITH INTEGRATED GPS (would this get a decent pick up of sat inside the lorry)

or would it be better to go for a powered mount with a bluetooth receiver ,if so what cradle and BT

I use a Arkon powered mount which is excellent, only coste £68. It is easly transferrabl between vehicles and gives excellent sensitivity.
