TTG 500 and PLus services

Hi,

I just got a new TTG500 and got ipaired and working ok with my Motorola V600. HAndsfree works fine and can also read phone book but cant send SMS messages. WIll let you read new SMS messages as they are received but then you cant reply or delete them even if you delete them on the phone! Problem 1.

Prob 2 is that i tried to set up the traffice service and put in my email address adn the password 'Plus' as instructed. The TT goes through the process but then at the end it says that there was an eror accessing the server. Now if I try and do it again it tells me that the promotion has already been entered for my device and gives me another error code?
I am still not getting any traffic information adn if I try another plus service like weather I get the same repsonse - promotion already input.

I have left thisd issue via email with TOM TOM support (along with 4 other questions / issues) bu they still havent come back to me (4 days now).

Can anyone help?

Tom Tom have not yet answered my question again like you, that was 4 days ago!

Have also ordered TTG500 but not received yet. Noticed the following information page on TomTom's website which may go some way to explaining your first problem with the inability to send SMS. Obviously functions appear to be phone specific and if you don't have a phone listed on their compatability list then it is pot luck! 8O
